Shipping Policy

Processing time: orders are prepared and handed to the carrier within 1–3 business days.

Delivery time: our products ship directly from our suppliers' warehouses. Most orders arrive in about 2–3 weeks (roughly 10–20 business days). Times can vary by product, destination, holidays, and customs.

Shipping cost: it depends on the product. Many items ship free; when a product has a shipping cost, you will see it at checkout before you pay. No surprises.

Where we ship: United States and Colombia. Some products only ship to the United States; the checkout will let you know if an item cannot be delivered to your address.

Colombia: international orders may be subject to import taxes or fees under local regulations, which are the customer's responsibility.

Tracking: as soon as your order ships you'll get an email with your tracking number. You can also check it on our Track Order page. Orders with several items may arrive in separate packages.

Delays or lost packages: if your order hasn't arrived 30 days after it shipped, contact us at finanzasespiritualidad@gmail.com and we'll investigate with the carrier.
